Also keeping my peepers on MariTide - I strongly suspect people will prefer the monthly dosing by injection over the new orals wrt convenience - even though I hear a lot of “oh people will definitely want the pills when they come out”

There is no need for hype and apps. Just affordability.

These drugs are life-saving and life-changing. Almost nothing would make me stop using them, even though I can no longer afford them. There are ways to get around the Big Pharma prices.

I am happy to have gone from obese to a healthy weight; from XL to M.

I'm completely shocked that anyone would need encouragement to stay on these meds. Why would anyone stop using something so miraculous, unless they really had a serious problem with them, in which case they don't need encouragement but a different medical approach.
